CHANGES
1. NOMENCLATURE
To clarify the naming of the WARFAIRs, the 22nd March 2026 was the 3rd WARFAIR, as 2 swap-meets were held in 2025, so this October's swap-meet is WARFAIR #4.
2. ENTRY INTO THE SWAPMEET
STRICTLY NO PERSONS
are allowed beyond the entrance barricade at the front of the Raceway before 10am, besides the sellers, their helpers, and W.A.R. staff.
ALL PERSONS
(besides sellers, helpers, and W.A.R. staff) entering from 10am MUST pay the $5 entry fee (
CASH ONLY) to James at the entrance barricade before being allowed entry into the fair.
NO EXCEPTIONS
3. SWAPMEET CLOSING TIME & TRACK USE ON THE DAY
Closing time has been changed to 1pm as the majority of attendees arrive at 10am-11am and leave by noon.
Carrera Junior Champs racing will still commence at 1pm
The racing track will be available for practice for ONLY the Carrera Junior Champs racers from 10am - 1pm.
1 or 2 tracks will be available for public use from 1pm - 3pm.
4. WE NEED YOU!
W.A.R. humbly seeks 2 great chefs to cook up a beautiful barbie W.A.R. style!
The BBQ itself, meat, onions, and cooking materials will be provided by W.A.R.
