All orders are posted via Australia Post.

PROCESSING TIME

Mike & James aim to process and post your order within 1 to 2 of our operating days Wednesday to Sunday. Orders placed outside of these days will be processed when we're open.

Standard: 2 - 7 business days

Express: 1 - 3 business days

New Zealand
Standard: 4–8 business days

United States
Standard: 5–9 business days

Delivery estimates are provided by Australia Post and apply to major metropolitan areas. Customs clearance, remote locations, adverse weather and peak periods may result in longer delivery times.

Any import duties, taxes, customs charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

These charges are 100% payable by the buyer, either:

  • Included in the postage cost (for Delivery Duty Paid / DDP destinations such as the USA), or
  • Billed separately by your local customs authority upon arrival (for all other countries).

We endeavour to calculate and include duties and taxes in the shipping cost where possible (DDP), however we cannot predict or control additional local fees, VAT/GST, or brokerage charges that may arise. By placing an order, you agree to pay all applicable import-related charges.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate of potential fees before ordering.

INSURANCE, DAMAGED / LOST PARCELS

All orders are carefully packed and lodged with Australia Post for delivery.

Once an order has been lodged, the parcel is in the care of Australia Post.

Australia Post automatically includes compensation cover up to $100 for most registered domestic parcels at no extra cost.

If your item is worth more than $100, we recommend purchasing Extra Cover. This protects your parcel against loss or damage in transit for values up to $5,000, in line with Australia Post’s Terms & Conditions.

If you purchase insurance, we will replace or refund your order if it is lost or damaged in transit.

If you do not purchase insurance, you accept the risk of loss or damage once the parcel has been lodged. In this case, we cannot provide a refund or replacement.

Signature on Delivery is available as an add-on service for extra peace-of-mind but is not a complete substitute for insurance.
