New Track Hire Pricing Structure

Tiers	Criteria	Duration	Cost P.P.
W.A.R. RACING GROUP MEMBERS	Race in one of our Racing Groups AT LEAST once per month	Unlimited time on all available tracks until COB on the day	$15 +$5 fee to borrow a controller
W.A.R. RACERS	Race in one of our Racing Groups less than once per month	Unlimited time on all available tracks until COB on the day	$20 +$5 fee to borrow a controller
RACEWAY REGULARS - BYO GEAR	Bring your own car(s) & controller	Unlimited time on all available tracks until COB on the day	$20
RACEWAY REGULARS - BORROW GEAR	Borrow Carrera track car and/or controller Track hire AT LEAST once per fortnight	Unlimited time on all available tracks until COB on the day	$25
CASUALS	Borrow Carrera track car and/or controller	Unlimited time on all available tracks until COB on the day	$30

The track hire fee includes hiring a car and controller.
This DOES NOT include swapping the hire car(s) unless it is not working sufficiently, which is determined by Mike or James.
As these cars are frequently used by casual racers, the best experience will always be with your own cars 🙂
6 or more people - strongly advised to book as we are generally very busy and do not want to disappoint you! See Section 3 Events.

Hot weather policy - if the temperature is 38 degrees or above, the Raceway may open for limited hours or be closed. Keep an eye on our Facebook/Instagram pages.
The Raceway may close up to an hour early if it is quiet or Mike/James have other obligations. Check our website home page, Facebook, or contact us to check if we're open.
We accept cash, card or bank deposit (for group bookings).
WE DO NOT CHARGE A SURCHAGE FOR EFTPOS!!!! We are happy to absorb this cost because we are generous and genuinely care about creating a sustainable future for slot car racing.
