Terms & Conditions

1. What We Will Match

We’ll match the lower regular (non-sale) retail price of an identical product from an Australian online retailer when:

  • It’s the competitor’s current regular retail price (not a sale, clearance, promo, loyalty, member, bulk or discounted price).
  • The product is identical (same brand, model/SKU, scale, specs, colour and packaging).
  • The competitor is an established Australian online store that has the item in stock and can ship within Australia.
  • The price is publicly visible and we can verify it.
  • We compare product price only — shipping is not included.

2. What We Will Not Match

  • Sale, clearance, promotional, “was/now” or temporary discount pricing.
  • Prices that need a coupon, code, loyalty points, membership or special account.
  • Auction sites, marketplaces (eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Gumtree etc.), private sellers or second-hand items.
  • Overseas or international websites.
  • Obvious pricing errors, limited “loss leaders” or items not actually available.
  • Out-of-stock items at the competitor.
  • Bundles, multi-buys or deals that include free extras.
  • Anything in our Collectable collection (see section 4).

3. How to Claim

  1. Find the identical product at a lower regular retail price on an eligible Australian website.
  2. Contact James at sultanofslotcars@warraceway.com, or message our Facebook / Instagram / TikTok pages before you complete checkout (claims after an order is placed won’t be accepted).
  3. Send us the competitor’s link or screenshot plus our product page or SKU.
  4. We’ll check it usually within 1 business day (Wednesday–Sunday). If it qualifies, we lower the price on that product permanently so you (and every other customer) get the better deal.

4. Collectable Items

Items in our Collectable collection (https://warraceway.com/collections/collectable) are excluded from price matching.

These are often limited or special pieces. We won’t match prices on them, but we’re always open to reasonable offers — just get in touch and make us an offer.

5. General

  • We reserve the right to accept or decline any price match claim at our sole discretion. Our decision on all claims is final.
  • This guarantee is offered at our sole discretion and can be changed or withdrawn at any time.
  • Nothing here affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
  • Price matching applies to the product price only. Normal shipping and payment terms still apply.
