WARFAIR #4 — Adelaide's Slot Car Swap Meet & Fair
Twice a year, Co-Owners Mike & James turn W.A.R. Slot Car Raceway into Adelaide's biggest gathering of slot car collectables, bargains, vintage and retro gear, and everything in between 😄 If you're chasing that one car to finish a set, hunting a bargain, or just want to spend a Sunday morning around people who get exactly why you have 200 slot cars, WARFAIR is where you'll find your people.

When & Where
- Date: Sunday 18 October 2026
- Swap meet hours: 10am – 1pm
- Entry: $5 per person (cash or card) — children 15 and under are FREE
- Location: W.A.R. Slot Car Raceway, Unit 6/91 Research Road, Pooraka SA 5095
Why the Date Moved (Again)
In keeping with the usual tradition of W.A.R. logistics management, WARFAIR #4 has been changed to Sunday 18th October, as Bathurst is on the 11th, and some sellers weren't available on the 4th.
What's On
Sunday Speedfreak Shootout and Carrera Junior Championship racing will also take place on the day, on the superfast 8-lane WAR track. Spectators are most welcome.
The Day's Schedule
- 10am – 1pm: WARFAIR swap meet & fair — browse, trade, buy
- 1pm: Swap meet closes. WAR track opens for practice, racers only
- 1pm – 4pm: 1 or 2 tracks open to the public for track use at our usual fee
- 1:30pm: Carrera Junior Championship racing begins 🏎️💨💨🏁🏆
- 2:15pm: Sunday Speedfreak Shootout begins
- 4pm: Raceway closes
Closing time has been changed to 1pm, as the majority of attendees arrive at 10am–11am and leave by noon.
Grabbing a Seller Table
Got a collection you're ready to move on, or just want a table at Adelaide's best slot car swap meet? Seller tables are available:
- Small table (120cm x 60cm): $40
- Large table (180cm x 76cm): $60

Getting In on the Day
Strictly no persons are allowed beyond the front door of the Raceway before 10am, besides the sellers, their helpers, and W.A.R. staff. Please do not attempt to weasel your way into the Raceway!
All persons (besides sellers, helpers, and W.A.R. staff) entering from 10am must pay the $5 entry fee (💰 cash or card 💰) to James at the entrance barricade before being allowed entry into the fair. No exceptions.
A Note on the WARFAIR Numbering
To clarify the naming of the WARFAIRs: 22nd March 2026 was the 3rd WARFAIR, as 2 swap-meets were held in 2025 — so this October's swap-meet is WARFAIR #4.
