Bring a genuine piece of 1970s touring car racing to your circuit with the BRM178 Volkswagen Scirocco GT Castrol #30. This highly detailed 1/24 scale model represents the Team Castrol Scirocco driven by Leif Pedersen in the 1977 Danish Championship (DM).

The BRM178 combines BRM's beautifully engineered two-piece aluminium chassis with a competition-focused mechanical package. It features BRM's BLUE 19,000 rpm short-can motor in an anglewinder configuration, rear-wheel drive and a 12:33 gear ratio. The chassis uses separate aluminium front and rear axle holders, separate front axles with negative camber and a solid 3 mm rear axle.

This is an analogue Ready-to-Run slot car supplied fully assembled and designed for 12-volt DC operation. The chassis is prepared for digital decoder installation, although a decoder is not included.
