The model is based on the No.64 Ford Multimatic Motorsports Mustang GT3 raced in the 2024 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship by Mike Rockenfeller, Harry Tincknell and Christopher Mies. At the 2024 Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring, the No.64 Mustang drove from 13th to sixth in class and led 46 laps. Carrera's model carries the distinctive Champion Spirit No.64 livery.

Compatibility
This is an analogue Carrera Evolution car and is ready to run on Carrera Evolution tracks. It is not supplied as a Digital 132 car, but the chassis can be converted using Carrera digital decoder 20026732.
The car is supplied with Carrera's standard pickup system and is also suitable for use with compatible Carrera Evolution track layouts.
Real Racing Background
The real No.64 Ford Mustang GT3 was campaigned by Ford Multimatic Motorsports in the 2024 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship GTD PRO class. The driver line-up was Mike Rockenfeller, Harry Tincknell and Christopher Mies. At the 2024 Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring, the Mustang started 13th and fought through to sixth in class while leading 46 laps.
