The Professor Motor PMTR1056 is a high-performance neodymium bar-type traction magnet designed for 1/32 slot cars. It is a direct replacement for the TSRF TSC10 magnet and is rated by Professor Motor as more than 20% stronger than the stock magnet.

At just 1.5 mm thick, the PMTR1056 is thin enough for under-chassis mounting on many 1/32 slot cars and can also be adapted to most brands of 1/32 cars. The magnet features Professor Motor’s distinctive 24-karat gold-plated finish.

The PMTR1056 is specified as a direct replacement for the TSRF TSC10 magnet. Professor Motor also states that it can be adapted to most brands of 1/32 slot cars and is thin enough for mounting underneath the chassis of many cars.

Because chassis and magnet mounting arrangements vary between manufacturers and models, physical fit should be checked before installation.

Installation Note

When mounting the PMTR1056 underneath a chassis, an insulating layer such as masking tape or electrical tape should be placed between the magnet and the track. This prevents the magnet and metal track components from making direct contact and potentially causing a short circuit.
